Resort Front Desk Agent
About The Position
Westgate Painted Mountain Golf Resort is seeking a service-driven Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests. This role involves creating memorable first impressions, managing efficient check-ins and check-outs, and delivering top-tier customer service. Requirements
- Must be able to work full-time, flexible schedule, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 15lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests, complete registrations, and assign rooms while issuing room keys.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
- Prepare and process guest bills, collect payments, and handle transactions accurately.
- Actively listen to guest needs and resolve concerns with care and efficiency.
