About The Position

As a seasonal Resort Facilities Attendant, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Spirit Mountain's facilities during the bustling winter season. This includes housekeeping, building repairs, snow removal, and event preparation, ensuring our resort remains clean, functional, and safe for guests. You’ll have the chance to work independently and collaborate with our team to deliver an outstanding experience for visitors. You’ll get to operate equipment such as snow plows, snow blowers, and various tools while performing tasks like seasonal grounds maintenance and event setup/tear-down. Requirements

Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks like standing, bending, and climbing ladders.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and occasional extended shifts.
1+ years of experience in facility maintenance, including carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, or plumbing.
Familiarity with tools and snow removal equipment like snow blowers or plow trucks.
Knowledge of safety procedures and proper equipment use.

Responsibilities

Perform regular maintenance, seasonal grounds upkeep, and housekeeping duties, including snow removal.
Perform regular housekeeping duties such as taking out trash, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning tables and windows, and cleaning bathrooms.
Operate snow plow trucks, snow blowers, and other equipment safely to maintain buildings and grounds.
Handle basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting to support facility upkeep.
Conduct periodic facility checks, identify maintenance needs, and report to management.
Work closely with management and colleagues, providing regular updates on tasks.
Keep organized notes on facility needs and completed work.
