In this role, you’ll drive the financial health and long-term growth of a dynamic, fast-paced resort environment. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, you’ll oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while ensuring compliance and optimizing profitability across resort operations. Requirements
- A four-year college degree (accounting preferred) or equivalent education/experience.
- Requires professional certification (e.g., CPA) or the equivalent level of experience.
- Experience required by position is five to ten years of employment in a related position (Finance/Accounting) with hospitality companies/organizations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support resort-wide goals
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory standards, and internal controls
- Provide actionable insights to executive leadership for business decision-making
- Supervise and develop the finance/accounting team
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and external financial relationships
- Drive process improvements and optimize financial systems
