Work Boot Allowance. Role and Responsibilities: Oversee accounting, reporting, KPI tracking, and budgeting for RDG and affiliated entities including Acri, CVDC, PMI, and RCS. Lead portfolio performance monitoring and financial analysis across all business lines. Direct audit preparation and financial statement completion for RDG and affiliates. Supervise cash management for corporate entities and PMI properties. Maintain banking relationships including depository and borrowing relationships. Assist refinancing activities and support real estate acquisition opportunities. Manage real estate tax assessments and valuations for owned assets. Assist Direct insurance strategy including annual renewals, broker relationships, claims management, and employee benefit program strategy. Support long term profitability planning and strategic financial analysis. Assist Manage mergers and acquisitions financial due diligence and integration. Oversee Corporate budget process, financial reporting, and year end close process. Foster a high performance, collaborative, and values driven culture within the finance team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 to 10 years progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in real estate, property management, construction, or multi entity environments preferred. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. Experience managing audits, tax compliance, and banking relationships. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop accounting teams. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills. High level of integrity and commitment to ethical financial stewardship. Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial information to executives, investors, and ownership partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
