About The Position

As a Bell Attendant, you are the first impression for our guests. You can give them their first taste of what we call memorable service. You don't just assist them with their luggage and answer their questions, you also make them feel at home and cared for while at Sawmill Creek Resort. Ages 18+. Pay may vary between position based on job responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license (CDL not required).
• Must be able to carry over 50 lbs.
• Neat appearance and charismatic.
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Pleasant and outgoing personality.
• Ability to follow all federal, state and Cedar Point driving rules
• Once certified, must have the ability to drive a golf cart around Sawmill Creek Resort

Responsibilities

• Carry heavy suitcases from guest vehicles to the holding area then deliver luggage to the guest's room.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel and park.
• Maintain cleanliness at the front of the hotel and inform housekeeping of spills or other accidents that may occur.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Make our guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and helping them create lifelong memories.
• Interact with different people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Gain skills, knowledge and experience that will benefit your future.
