About The Position

Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge, is seeking a Resort Appearance Ambassador. This role is responsible for the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the Resort, including bathrooms. The Ambassador will also listen to guest concerns and relay them to management.

Maintain a sense of organization and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment
Ability to easily adapt to organizational and environmental changes
Must be 16 or older
Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
Empty all waste containers
Listen to guests concerns and relay them to management in a timely manner
Cleaning of bathroom and restocking dispensers
Maintain cleanliness of parking lots by refreshing garbage cans and pick up loose trash
Complete assigned duties in a timely manner
Perform all job functions and tasks as assigned
Foster an environment of teamwork and mutual appreciation
Floor care including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
Perform other duties as assigned by Resort Managers/Supervisors
