About The Position

The Resort Appearance Ambassador is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of Mountain Creek Resort, including bathrooms, parking lots, and other assigned areas. The role includes cleaning and restocking bathrooms, emptying waste containers, refreshing parking-lot garbage cans, picking up loose trash, and performing floor care. The ambassador works with team members and guests, listens to guest concerns and relays them to management in a timely manner, and completes assigned duties promptly. The position is based at Mountain Creek in Vernon, New Jersey, and reports to the Resort Readiness Manager. Mountain Creek is a four-season resort offering skiing and snowboarding, a bike park, a waterpark, weddings, a mountain coaster, restaurants, and a lodge.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Empty waste containers.
Listen to guest concerns and relay them to management in a timely manner.
Clean bathrooms and restock dispensers.
Maintain parking-lot cleanliness by refreshing garbage cans and picking up loose trash.
Complete assigned duties in a timely manner.
Perform all job functions and tasks as assigned.
Foster an environment of teamwork and mutual appreciation.
Perform floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor, resort manager, or other supervisor.
