About The Position
Resort Appearance – Mountain Creek Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: Resort Readiness Manager SNOW Partners Mission Statement: “To Enhance the Lives of our Team, Guests and Partners by Building Lasting Connections.” About Mountain Creek: Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge. How the Resort Appearance Ambassador works with the Team: Responsible for the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the Resort. Cleanliness of bathrooms. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Requirements
- Ability to work with team members and guests
- Ability to multiple task
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule according to the needs and the demands of the business
- Possess a positive attitude that fosters an environment of teamwork and mutual appreciation
- Maintain a sense of organization and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment
- Ability to easily adapt to organizational and environmental changes
- Must be 16 or older
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organize work area at all times
- Empty all waste containers
- Listen to guests concerns and relay them to management in a timely manner
- Cleaning of bathroom and restocking dispensers
- Maintain cleanliness of parking lots by refreshing garbage cans and pick up looses trash
- Complete assigned duties in a timely manner
- Perform all job functions and tasks as assigned
- Foster an environment of teamwork and mutual appreciation
- Floor care including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
- Additional duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned by Resort Mangers/Supervisors
