We are looking for someone with a genuine hospitality mindset who can anticipate guest needs, communicate professionally, and remain flexible in a hands-on resort environment. They should be team-oriented, comfortable working outdoors and being physically active throughout their shift, and willing to support multiple areas of the operation as needed. Previous luxury hospitality experience is preferred, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and natural ability to connect with guests are equally important.

Requirements

Must be 21 years old or older.
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required (for operating club cart).
Ability to lift and transport luggage (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Must be able to walk, stand, sit, bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks
Friendly, courteous demeanor with strong communication skills.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Team-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach to guest service.

Previous luxury hospitality experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, creating an immediate sense of welcome
Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and courteous arrival and departure.
Safely transport guests to and from the Beach House and other designated areas using the club cart.
Monitor the KCR pool area regularly to ensure cleanliness, towel availability, and report any maintenance or guest needs.
Maintain a presence in public areas
Provide assistance with deliveries, guest requests, and room amenities as directed by the Front Desk or Management.
Manage, log, and deliver incoming guest and resident packages with care and accuracy
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell area, carts, and guest pathways.
Support the Concierge and Housekeeping teams with operational tasks as needed.
Manage Alice and ileftmystuff.com lost and found protocols
Offer guests information about the property, amenities, and local area.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and service requests.
Uphold safety standards and ensure guest comfort during all interactions.
