About The Position
LMR Technical Group is seeking a Resilience & Performance Coach to provide non-clinical resilience and performance support to Airmen and their families. This role focuses on performance enhancement, stress management, resilience education, and overall well-being.
Requirements
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential
- Ability to obtain and maintain installation access
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Nice To Haves
- Military behavioral health experience
- HPO, H2F, POTFF, or resiliency program experience
- Experience working with tactical populations
- Previous overseas experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one resilience and performance coaching sessions
- Deliver workshops focused on resilience, stress management, and life balance
- Support Airmen and family members through performance-focused coaching
- Provide referrals to available support resources when appropriate
- Maintain confidentiality consistent with program requirements
- Provide trend analysis and recommendations to leadership
- Other related duties as assigned.
