About The Position

SAG-AFTRA is seeking a Residuals Processing Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for processing residual payments received from studio and payroll houses through methods that include data entry and exception reports. The specialist will handle pre-processing of production and payment information, data entry of checks and schedules, and manage exception reports including OCRs, performer and check corrections, and market/SSN look-ups. Additionally, the role involves editing and balancing money between checks and schedules, preparing documents for scanning, assisting with new set-ups, and moving payment trays for scanning and processing. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.

  • Passing score on Word test (basic).
  • Current authorization to work for any employer within the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Processing residual payments received from studio and payroll houses.
