About The Position

Conferences and Institutes is seeking Youth Program Leaders for the Architecture & Landscape Architecture Camp, which will be held from July 12-16 and July 19-23, 2026. These leaders will be responsible for the 24-hour supervision and safety of minors attending the program. Key duties include managing all aspects of daily program administration, ensuring compliance with youth policies and procedures, handling emergency responses, communicating directly with the Program Director and Program Manager, and overseeing the collection, storage, verification, and participant health information, including medication. Youth Program Leaders may also contribute to the development of instructional content and lead lessons and activities. They are fully responsible for continuously monitoring the safety, whereabouts, and actions of program participants at all times, including during non-instructional periods. This role requires the ability to identify and address issues related to participant interactions, behavior, mental health, and adjustment to the program environment. Leaders must be prepared to act quickly and calmly in any situation, day or night, using sound judgment, handling sensitive information, managing behavior issues, and adhering to necessary notification protocols.
