About The Position

Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys helping people and building relationships in your community? Join Culligan Water and help homeowners throughout Santa Fe and surrounding Northern New Mexico communities improve the quality of their water and their everyday lives. We are looking for a driven, professional, and customer-focused Residential Water Treatment Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, perform water testing demonstrations, and recommend customized water softening, filtration, and reverse osmosis solutions. This is an in-home sales role with pre-set appointments as well as self-generated opportunities through referrals and networking.

Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sales experience preferred (in-home sales, home services, automotive, HVAC, real estate, or related industries is a plus)
Self-motivated with a competitive drive
Comfortable presenting solutions in customers’ homes
Ability to manage time and schedule effectively
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Analyze customers’ current water quality and provide tailored solutions to enhance their homes and well-being.
Develop trust with customers and become their go-to expert for water quality needs.
Communicate effectively with management, service/installation teams, and customer service to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Proactively seek out and generate new business to drive success for yourself and your dealership.
Report sales activities and progress daily and weekly to stay focused on goals and achievements.
