About The Position

We are hiring a Trim Manager to oversee trim carpentry, finish carpentry, punch list work, and final project details on residential construction projects. This is a field leadership role for someone with strong trim carpentry experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to keep finish work organized and moving. The right candidate will understand interior trim, doors, casing, baseboard, crown, shelving, hardware, cabinetry-related trim, and final finish details.

Requirements

Experience in trim carpentry, finish carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction
Strong understanding of interior trim, doors, hardware, and finish details
Ability to read plans, understand project details, and identify field issues
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobsite priorities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bilingual - English/Spanish

Nice To Haves

3+ years of trim carpentry or finish carpentry experience
Prior experience as a lead carpenter, foreman, superintendent, or field manager
Experience coordinating subcontractors, carpenters, or small field teams
Comfortable using basic technology for photos, schedules, communication, and documentation

Responsibilities

Manage trim carpentry and finish work across active residential projects
Oversee punch list items and help drive projects to completion
Review jobsites for quality, accuracy, cleanliness, and readiness
Coordinate with project managers, carpenters, subcontractors, and vendors
Identify trim and finish issues early and help solve field problems
Confirm that doors, casing, baseboard, crown, shelving, hardware, and other finish details meet company standards
Track outstanding work and communicate priorities clearly
Help maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
Support final walkthroughs and project closeout
