As a Residential Treatment Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing daily program activities while offering crucial emotional and social support to our patients. Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a related field or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • BLS for healthcare workers
  • 1 year experience in a healthcare setting
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to patients through counseling sessions and strategies
  • Participate in 1:1 counseling sessions as well as in group settings
  • Work closely with clinical supervisor regarding patients any concerns
  • Assist with transfer and discharge processes
  • Transport patients to and from program activities
  • Document necessary information into computer systems
