Residential Training Coordinator - Position Overview Responsible for all training operations of the residential milieu along with ongoing training of Residential Care Specialists. Assists in hiring, develops and facilitates all onboarding of Residential Care Specialists, and organizes continued learning and training as needed. Serves as a role model in carrying out the CARES Center Jackson mission. Demonstrates quality leadership to establish a trauma informed therapeutic program. Assists with the correlation of services across all shifts to enhance physical, cognitive, social and emotional development of youth through varied aspects of leadership and training of staff. The Residential Training Coordinator assumes the responsibility of assuring continuity of care across shifts and on weekends by coordinating the efforts of and acting as a conduit of information to Residential Care Specialists.
