- Proven experience managing residential service or home services operations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of residential service operations, field service best practices, and performance management

Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of residential service professionals
- Managing day-to-day service operations and ensuring operational efficiency
