About The Position

RISE Services, a nonprofit human services organization, is seeking a full time Residential Team Lead willing and able to provide support to adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs. This position involves overseeing the daily operations and quality assurance of the program, working collaboratively to strategize and implement plans for individuals' needs, and supervising, scheduling, training, and working direct care hours alongside Direct Support Professionals. The role also includes preparing and monitoring budgets, coordinating with state agencies, scheduling and ensuring completion of activities and skill development goals, and assisting with social and community activities. The position includes being on-call.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or comparable supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of developmental disabilities/mental health needs and related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities
