Clarity Care is seeking a Residential Team Lead to join their team. This role is focused on managing group home operations and building a team environment to provide exceptional care to individuals with disabilities and other special needs. Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Have two years’ experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Must possess a valid WI driver’s license and meet agency driving standards.
  • Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Check including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor establishment and maintenance of good relationships with members of the Coordination Team, staff, guardians/family members, funding agencies, other service providers, and the community at large to uphold Clarity Care’s values of care and compassion and commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Collaborates with HR in hiring, retention, discipline, and termination processes to ensure qualified employees and adequate staffing.
  • Work with the Coordination team to assess new referrals to determine transition and consumer needs.
  • Work with Coordinators/Managers to develop/revise consumer service plans, and staffing patterns, follow budgets, and monitor expenses to ensure consumer needs are met.
  • Participate in consumer planning meetings as needed to keep up to date on service plans and staffing patterns.
  • Carry out on-call duties as part of assigned programs’/homes’ chain of command.
