Residential Support Staff
About The Position
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meals, and light housekeeping. You will offer encouragement and support to help individuals live as independently as possible, engage residents in fun recreational activities and community outings, and complete daily documentation and ensure compliance with care plans. You will also administer medications as needed (training provided). This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, mission-driven team that makes a lasting impact every day.
Requirements
- Experience working with adults that have developmental disabilities required
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Energetic, positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable problem solver
- Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and safe driving record
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate/GED preferred
- CNA experience desired but not required
