Requirements

1 year of human services experience (or equivalent combination)
High school diploma/equivalent required
Clearances: Criminal Clearance, and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Driver’s License.

Nice To Haves

Experience in cooking, meal preparation, meal planning, or food service (home or professional setting)
Strong organization and time management skills

Responsibilities

Plan and prepare daily meals for residents, ensuring quality, nutrition, and compliance with specific dietary needs
Order groceries and household supplies, manage inventory, and maintain organized storage areas
Assist with general household duties, including cleaning and organization
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen and shared living spaces
Create weekly menus that meet dietary restrictions and preferences
Interact with residents in a supportive and respectful manner
Monitor medication regimens (as applicable)
Document required information and services accurately and on time
Collaborate with team members, supervisors, families, and community partners
Follow all program policies, licensing standards, and incident reporting procedures
