About The Position

Ready to make a meaningful impact? We're currently hiring Residential Support Counselors to join our compassionate and dedicated team. This is a part-time position (24 hours a week) with a schedule of Fridays 3p-11p and Saturdays 7a-11p. The role involves supporting adult women in a residential home setting in the Concord area, promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship. Compensation is $24 hourly.

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant work experience working with high need/high risk population in the human services field.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.

Nice To Haves

• All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety.

Responsibilities

• Support in promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events.
• Follow each individual's care plan.
• Complete required daily documentation.
• Other duties as needed or assigned.
