About The Position
Ädelbrook's COA-accredited Campus Residential Program serves individuals ages 12–22 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where they can grow, develop life skills, and build independence through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living skills and independence
- Implement positive behavior support plans using trauma-informed care
- Mentor and encourage personal growth through therapeutic and recreational activities
- Provide crisis intervention and create a safe, supportive environment
- Help residents participate in community outings and meaningful experiences
