About The Position

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a full-time Residential Supervisor for a group home serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Mt Holly Springs, PA. This role involves providing supervision and direction to direct care staff, as well as direct care to individuals with disabilities. Key responsibilities include ensuring the health and safety of residents, supervising, evaluating, and training staff, participating in on-call duties, completing various forms of paperwork, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining professional relationships with families, peers, subordinates, team members, and other professionals.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
Possess an Associate's degree in a human services related field or have two years of experience in a residential setting.
Experience supervising direct care workers who support individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities
