About The Position

A Residential Supervisor is an individual who has direct care responsibility on his/her assigned shift but is trained to provide shift leadership in the absence of the Program Coordinator. Implementation of the assigned weekend day master schedule. Supervisory management of assigned shifts in the absence of the Program Coordinator. Supervision of assigned direct care staff.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Can manage a high paced and emotionally charged treatment environment
• Effectively work with a range of staff while also demonstrating leadership and maturity
• One year minimum residential experience

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related Human Service Field
