The ideal candidate will manage daily field operations, coordinate trades, ensure quality craftsmanship, and maintain safe, organized job sites. Requirements

5+ years of Superintendent experience in custom residential construction
Experience managing luxury homes, custom homes, or major residential renovations
Strong leadership, scheduling, and organizational skills
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, or similar construction software

Responsibilities

Manage daily field operations and maintain safe, organized jobsites
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule
Monitor quality and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and company standards
Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners
Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget
Conduct site meetings and maintain clear project communication
Track project progress, schedules, and milestones
Lead project closeout, punch lists, and final client walkthroughs
Deliver an exceptional homeowner experience throughout construction
