About The Position

M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking experienced siding subcontractor crews for residential siding replacement projects across the Chicagoland area. With nearly 50 years of service to homeowners, M&M offers a consistent flow of residential projects, dependable scheduling, and field support to its installation partners. This is a subcontractor opportunity offering year-round residential work and the potential for a long-term partnership.

Requirements

• 1+ year of residential siding installation experience
• James Hardie or fiber cement siding experience strongly preferred
• Experience with residential siding replacement
• Established crew preferred
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable communication and scheduling
• Ability to manage jobsites efficiently
• Professional customer service
• At least one English-speaking crew member required
• Ability to work throughout the Chicagoland area
• Active business license
• General Liability insurance
• Workers' Compensation insurance
• Commercial Auto insurance
• Reliable truck and equipment
• Own tools necessary to complete siding installations
• Insurance requirements: General Liability: $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate, Products & Completed Operations: $2M, Automobile Liability: $1M combined single limit, Workers' Compensation: $500K / $500K / $500K

Responsibilities

• Install James Hardie and fiber cement siding
• Install vinyl and other residential siding products
• Complete siding tear-offs and replacement projects
• Prepare homes for siding installation
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites
• Take required before-and-after project photos
• Document job progress through our CRM
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and Field Superintendents
• Complete projects according to company quality and safety standards
