About The Position

M&M Home Remodeling Services is actively hiring experienced Hardie siding subcontractor crews across the Chicagoland area for immediate, year-round residential installation work. We are looking for crews that install James Hardie siding, Fiber cement siding, and Exterior remodeling products. For over 50 years, M&M Home Remodeling Services has built one of the strongest reputations in the Midwest for quality exterior remodeling. We keep our install partners busy with consistent work, reliable scheduling, and strong operational support. We offer consistent year-round siding work, a high-volume project pipeline, fast job turnover, and are an established, trusted brand. We provide supportive field leadership and superintendents, weekly opportunities across Chicagoland, long-term partnership potential, and focus on residential replacement siding projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of siding installation experience
• Hardie siding experience strongly preferred
• Active insurance and licensing
• Reliable transportation, truck, and tools
• Established crew preferred
• At least one English-speaking crew member required
• Ability to work throughout the Chicagoland market
• General Liability Insurance: $2M Aggregate, $2M Products & Completed Operations, $1M Per Occurrence
• Automobile Liability Insurance: $1M Combined Single Limit
• Workers Compensation Insurance: $500K / $500K / $500K

Responsibilities

• Install James Hardie, fiber cement, and vinyl siding
• Complete tear-offs and replacement installations
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Take before/after photos and upload to CRM
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and field superintendents
• Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards
