About The Position

Siffrin is seeking a Residential Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential homes and lead Direct Support Professionals in delivering high-quality, person-centered services. Requirements

• Passion for supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD/DD)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to assist with mobility supports, including wheelchairs and Hoyer lifts
• Ability to drive individuals to appointments, community activities, and daily events

Nice To Haves

• Related degree preferred
• Experience in Human Services, Developmental Disabilities, Residential Services, Social Services, Healthcare, or Behavioral Health preferred
• Knowledge of person-centered planning, empowerment, and behavior support principles

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Ensure exceptional person-centered care and support
• Promote independence, community inclusion, and meaningful life experiences
• Oversee residential operations, staffing, documentation, and compliance
• Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, and community partners
• Foster a positive, supportive, and accountable team culture
