About The Position

ABiLITY is hiring a Residential Services Manager to lead one Independent Supported Living (ISL) home supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership while staying connected to the day-to-day work. You’ll oversee your own location, support your team, and ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of direct support experience
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Oversee daily operations within your assigned residential home
• Ensure quality care, health, safety, and compliance
• Coordinate scheduling and maintain 24/7 coverage
• Assist with medical appointments, follow-ups, and documentation
• Step in to provide direct support when needed
