About The Position

This is a year-round, full-time role serving the community's heating and air conditioning needs. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and accountability for their results, and is excited to grow within this skilled trade while making a positive difference for others. The role involves responding to customer calls for heating or air conditioning issues, inspecting systems, diagnosing problems, and professionally communicating necessary repairs, recommended maintenance, or additional installation work. Once approved, the technician performs the agreed-upon services to ensure efficient equipment operation and prevent breakdowns. The role also includes leading installation projects, ensuring safety, professionalism, and high-quality standards.

Requirements

3+ years of HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Solid customer communication skills
Ability to participate in an on-call service rotation
Ability to pass a background check
