About The Position

Valley Plumbing, a locally owned company serving Salt Lake, Utah, and Davis counties, as well as Park City and Tooele, is seeking a high-performing, sales-driven plumbing professional for a full-time role. This position, based in West Jordan, involves providing expert residential and commercial plumbing services. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing systems, including fixture installations, repairs, and re-routes. This role is for individuals who are motivated, enjoy working with customers, and want to maximize their earning potential.

Requirements

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber with proven experience in service and repair is preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to offer premium solutions to customers.
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment efficiently.
• A customer-focused mindset and a drive to exceed expectations.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Present and offer multiple solution-based options to customers, helping them choose the best services for their needs.
• Install and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
• Educate customers on preventative maintenance and premium plumbing solutions.
• Build relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed using our CRM system (ServiceTitan).
