Requirements

At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing service (more is a plus)
Must hold a valid Washington State PL01 (Journeyman Plumber) or PL02 (Residential Plumber) license
Current and valid driver's license required
Proven track record of effectively selling plumbing services and solutions to clients
Great attitude and a strong work ethic
Takes pride in the work you do

Responsibilities

Handle mainly residential plumbing service calls, including diagnostics, fixes, and installations
Troubleshoot and repair/replace items such as faucets, toilets, water heaters, garbage disposals, drain lines, and water filtration setups
Respond to both scheduled maintenance visits and urgent/emergency requests
Interpret building plans, specifications, and local codes to plan the best approach for each job
Follow all company safety guidelines and protocols consistently
