This role offers a steady call volume and the opportunity to earn more based on individual performance through an uncapped commission structure. Requirements

• Valid Texas Journeyman or Tradesman License
• Comfortable earning through performance-based pay
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, goal-driven, team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience

Responsibilities

• Run residential plumbing, drain, and sewer service calls
• Diagnose issues and present repair and replacement options
• Educate customers and recommend solutions that fit their needs
• Perform high-quality repairs and installations
• Clear drains and main lines using professional equipment
• Document work using Service Titan
• Maintain a professional appearance and company equipment
