About The Position

Happy Home is looking for a skilled Residential Service Plumber who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys solving problems, and genuinely likes helping homeowners feel comfortable and confident in their homes. This role requires hands-on experience in residential plumbing service, strong people skills to handle customer interactions with calm and professionalism, and a dedication to quality workmanship.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in residential plumbing service
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable communicating with customers and walking them through options
• Dependable, motivated, and proud of quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting 50-100lbs. regularly and working in crawl spaces, basements, outdoor environments, and on ladders
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

• Plumbing license is a plus (where applicable), but not always required

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing issues, from leaks to clogs and everything in between.
• Service, repair, and maintain home plumbing systems.
• Install fixtures, water heaters, and plumbing upgrades.
• Clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners in a friendly, professional way.
• Provide top-tier customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Keep your service vehicle, tools, and job paperwork clean and organized.
