Requirements
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong sewer repair and drain cleaning experience
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual work ethic
- Ability to lift 75 lbs or more on an occasional/daily basis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Handle sewer repairs, drain cleaning, and general service plumbing calls
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings, options, and recommendations
- Present estimates, review final invoices, and collect payment at the time of service
- Use hand tools and plumbing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, professional work area
- Follow company standards and safety procedures
- Perform occasional heavy lifting as needed
