About The Position

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is seeking skilled Residential Service Plumbers who are passionate about delivering superior service and exceptional customer care. As a member of the Service Minds group, which includes Mister Sparky and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, you will be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary organization dedicated to professional development and customer service. This role involves performing plumbing repairs and installations, identifying customer needs, and contributing to sales by offering solutions. Safety and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plumber with a strong technical background and a commitment to customer education.
Proven ability to explain plumbing issues clearly to customers, offering them not only immediate solutions to their problems but also providing preventative recommendations to avoid future issues.
A sales-oriented mindset, understanding that explaining options and solutions to customers in an informative and consultative manner is essential to demonstrating your technical expertise.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to adhering to safety regulations.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a thorough understanding of plumbing systems.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with a focus on upselling and providing added value.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
