Weekend Residential Service Plumber
About The Position
CJS is seeking experienced residential plumbers for a Weekend Coverage role, offering a Thursday-Monday or Thursday-Sunday schedule. This position is designed for professionals who desire strong earnings, consistent scheduling, and quality personal time during the week. Weekend shifts provide high-demand service opportunities, leading to better calls, more engaged homeowners, and increased earning potential. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing residential plumbing systems, including toilet and faucet replacements, water heater installations, soldering, and common plumbing repairs. Responsibilities also include inspecting and testing systems for safety and functionality, troubleshooting issues, responding to service calls, and preparing estimates, all while providing high-level customer service.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Solid work ethic and professionalism

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems
- Perform toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater installations, soldering, and common plumbing repairs
- Inspect and test systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance
- Troubleshoot issues, respond to service calls, and prepare estimates
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide high-level customer service
