Requirements

• A Journeyman 01 or 02 or Masters Plumbing License in WA or ID
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Experience with residential plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement

Nice To Haves

• Ability to guide and train an apprentice
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and sell repairs to customers
• Guide and train an apprentice
• Use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Perform residential plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
