Requirements

Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
Tradesman, Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in varying environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated, with a commitment to excellence.
Familiarity with service management software (ServiceTitan preferably), mobile devices, and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

Perform plumbing maintenance, Installations, diagnostics, and repairs in residential settings.
Perform plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance in residential and light commercial settings with accuracy and efficiency.
Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Build lasting relationships with customers by providing professional, friendly, and transparent service and education.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing technologies and best practices.
Stay informed to ensure compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and company procedures.
Identify opportunities for upgrades, maintenance plans, and accessories that enhance the customer experience.
Represent the company with a polished appearance, courteous demeanor, and strong work ethic.
Respect customer property and leave work areas clean and orderly.
Work closely with the HVAC service and sales departments along with management to achieve team goals and exceed customer expectations.
Participate in community events and initiatives as part of our commitment to giving back to the Austin area.
