bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of the Main Line is building a new plumbing service team in the western Philadelphia suburbs and is looking for ambitious, experienced, and growth-minded technicians. If you are a skilled plumber who enjoys solving problems, helping customers, and working independently, we’d like to talk with you. This location is locally owned and operated by seasoned business professionals with a commitment to building an employee-first culture, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship. Serving homeowners throughout the Main Line and western Philadelphia suburbs, their mission is to build a highly respected company while providing growth opportunities for all employees. The company is supported by a Master Plumber with over 25 years of industry experience, providing guidance on technical standards, troubleshooting, and service quality. You will receive regular coaching and support, have access to technical and soft skill training, and be encouraged to continually develop your craft. As one of the first technicians on the team, you will have the opportunity to help shape how the company grows and operates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Good communication with customers
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and take pride in your work

• Journeyman license
