Key Duties as a Service Plumber: Handle mainly residential plumbing service calls, including diagnostics, fixes, and installations Troubleshoot and repair/replace items such as faucets, toilets, water heaters, garbage disposals, drain lines, and water filtration setups Respond to both scheduled maintenance visits and urgent/emergency requests Interpret building plans, specifications, and local codes to plan the best approach for each job Follow all company safety guidelines and protocols consistently Approximately 90% of assignments involve single-family homes, with occasional multi-family or similar project Why Join Benjamin Franklin Plumbing?
