About The Position
Climate Control is seeking a driven, customer-focused Residential Service Plumber to join their team in Liberty, MO. Plumbers will run residential plumbing, drain, and sewer service calls, diagnose issues, present repair and replacement options, educate customers, perform high-quality repairs and installations, clear drains and main lines, and document work using ServiceTitan.
Requirements
- Experience as a residential service plumber - at least 2 years
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with customers
- Comfortable in a performance-based, commission environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Drain and sewer experience preferred
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
