Requirements

5+ years of experience in residential electrical service work
Strong background in troubleshooting and repairing residential electrical systems
Experience working directly in occupied homes and with homeowners
Applicants must possess High School diploma or GED.
Applicants must pass a mandatory drug screen.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential homes
Install, maintain, and upgrade residential electrical systems (panels, wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, etc.)
Perform detailed troubleshooting and provide effective solutions
Ability to handle service contracts, work orders, change orders, and billings
Daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting as requested by the department manager
Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment in customers’ homes
Additional duties may be assigned from time to time by the department manager
