About The Position

This role focuses on closing service calls, with no cold calling or door knocking required. Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) qualify and book appointments. Dispatch confirms and sends technicians out, boasting a 100% demo rate. The technician's primary responsibilities include closing the job, building the work order, and completing the task. The warehouse handles materials, and an installation team supports the sold work. The company utilizes a fully digital tech experience with in-house apps for additional support. A fully stocked company vehicle is provided for take-home use.

Requirements

• 5+ years of electrical experience
• At least 1 year of residential electrical experience
• Comfortable running service calls independently
• Customer focused
• Valid driver's license
• Insurable
• Able to pass background check and drug screen
• Able to commute to the Annapolis office daily
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
