Requirements

• 3+ years of residential electrical experience
• Valid Virginia driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Great communication & customer service mindset
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in the field

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & repair residential electrical systems
• Install panels, lighting, outlets, wiring & more
• Diagnose issues and present solutions to homeowners
• Handle service calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Mentor and support apprentice electricians
• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service
