Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Experience in a related company sector
  • Understanding of dispatching and communication with field personnel
  • Communication skills
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Good prioritization of tasks and ability to function with frequent interruptions
  • Adaptability
  • Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes

  • Ability to learn client-based PDI, Skybitz, and other internal systems

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating install of technician routes
  • Receiving communication from and assisting technicians with help needs
  • Facilitating monthly and quarterly month-end duties, including: closing all open install work orders for month-end billing, closing all open purchase orders for outstanding material purchases, compiling and submitting all inventory counts, closing any credit cards that need to be processed
  • Backfilling where needed to keep operations moving forward
  • Ensuring installations are ready to be executed, including permits, schedules set, and equipment purchased and received
  • Billing out service calls and installations in a timely manner
  • Effectively managing large amounts of incoming customer calls, including taking orders and resolving customer inquiries
  • Identifying and assessing retail and commercial customer needs to resolve issues and achieve high satisfaction levels
  • Handling administrative processes related to the Service department, including troubleshooting or researching processes that were not closed properly
  • Using internal systems and resources to resolve customer inquiries
  • Supporting marketing through research and implementation of requested projects
  • Assisting in the formulation of sales proposals and/or marketing material to be sent to potential customers
  • Following up on sales, credit processes, and general questions or concerns
  • Maintaining and providing exceptional service to current and potential clients
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management
