About The Position

CPI Security, a leader in the security and automation solutions industry, is looking for positive minded and motivated Residential Security Advisor to join our growing team in Myrtle Beach, SC! Our Residential Sales Representative will design, present and sell our award-winning security and home automation solutions and will schedule in-home sales consultations through lead generating and prospecting activities using company provided tools. As an Advisor, you will lead our mission to make every day safer for our community by working directly with customers to identify and meet their security and automation needs. Requirements

  • The Right Mindset: You are highly driven, motivated, and possess a strong work ethic with high integrity.
  • 1–2 years of outside sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who has the "go-getter" spirit.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) is a plus; you’ll use your provided iPad to manage your business.
  • Strong ability to influence and build instant rapport with customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Consult & Design: Work directly with homeowners to design and sell award-winning security and smart home automation solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize company-provided leads and proactive prospecting tools to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Strategic Networking: Maintain a weekly schedule of appointments and create engaging product displays to stimulate interest.
  • Expert Communication: Effectively communicate CPI’s value and product vision to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with your Sales Manager and team to exceed monthly targets and drive market growth.
