This is a Part-Time position for a Residential Security Officer in Iowa City, Iowa.

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Disciplined to stay off personal phone.
• Able to walk extended periods of time.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license/Reliable transportation.
• Able to pass Iowa Department of Public Safety/FBI Background check.
• Able to pass company motor vehicle records check.
• Able to pass pre-employment 4-panel drug screen.
• Submit a resume' with updated contact information and all security, military, law enforcement, etc. experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
• Remain calm in non-emergency and emergency situations.
• Be detail oriented and aware of your surroundings at all times.
• Cover vacant shifts (Overtime).
