About The Position
This role focuses on customer service within a residential environment, requiring scheduled patrols and excellent reporting skills. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to engage with others, reassuring and inspiring confidence. This new residential site will start in March 2026.
Requirements
- Be authorized to work in Canada

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in the security industry
- Knowledge of G- Track systems
Responsibilities
- Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks and to maintain order and establish presence
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
- Scan check points with G- Track without deviation.
- Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
- Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
